Martin and the Monk

Some pages of a book I made recently, named "Martin and the Monk". It was a children book, about one kid who decides to go for an hike one beautiful morning, trying to reach a water spring at the top of a huge montain but, somehow, he meet a mysterious and wise Monk at some point of his journey (beside another people and animals). That was a absolutely satisfying job for me, I loved the story and my client give so many creative liberties to me, we put so much heart in this project and the book was dedicated to his son. Both of us loved the results. I made most of the process by hand, with a fountain pen, using a verge paper, to got a "vintage" result, and after that, I chose a digital watercolor to make the paint job.
